A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled
"The management and budget act,"
(MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 449.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 449. (1) This state shall not use state funds to support a new branch of the military known as the space force as may be created by the federal government.
(2) As used in this section, "state funds" means appropriated or nonappropriated funds that are processed through the state's central accounting system by an executive branch agency.
