A bill to amend 1939 PA 309, entitled
"An act to provide for the regulation, registration, identification
and licensing of dogs; to prescribe the powers and duties of the
commissioner of agriculture with respect thereto; to prescribe
penalties for violation of the provisions of this act; and to
declare the effect of this act,"
by repealing sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 (MCL 287.301,
287.302, 287.303, 287.304, 287.305, 287.306, and 287.307).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of 1939
PA 309, MCL 287.301, 287.302, 287.303, 287.304, 287.305, 287.306,
and 287.307, are repealed.
Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
