HOUSE BILL NO. 4958

A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled

"The social welfare act,"

by repealing sections 109a, 109d, and 109e (MCL 400.109a, 400.109d, and 400.109e).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Sections 109a, 109d, and 109e of the social welfare act, 1939 PA 280, MCL 400.109a, 400.109d, and 400.109e, are repealed.

Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 102nd Legislature are enacted into law:

(a) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4949 (request no. 00312'23 *).

(b) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4959 (request no. 03227'23 *).
