HOUSE BILL No. 4888

 

August 24, 2011, Introduced by Rep. McBroom and referred to the Committee on Transportation.

 

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 70.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 70. The bridge on highway US-141 over the Menominee river

 

in Dickinson county between Breitung township and the city of

 

Niagara in the state of Wisconsin shall be known as the "Veterans

 

Memorial Bridge".
