HOUSE BILL No. 4692

 

 

June 6, 2017, Introduced by Reps. Yanez, Sowerby, Gay-Dagnogo, Lucido and Farrington and referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

 

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 7a.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 7a. The portion of highway M-53 in the city of Sterling

 

Heights beginning at the intersection of highway M-53 and 14 Mile

 

Road and extending north to the intersection of highway M-53 and

 

highway M-59 shall be known as the "Eric C. Post Memorial Highway".

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
