A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled
"The Michigan penal code,"
by amending section 169 (MCL 750.169).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec.
169. Disturbance of religious meetings—Any A person
who ,
on
the first day of the week, or at any other time, shall wilfully
interrupt
willfully interrupts or disturb disturbs any assembly of
people
met for the worship of God, within the place of such in
which
the meeting is held or
out outside of it, shall be is guilty
of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93
days or a fine of not more than $5,000.00, or both.
