     A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled

 

"Michigan vehicle code,"

 

by amending section 661a (MCL 257.661a).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 661a. A person shall not operate on a public highway of

 

this state a motorcycle or moped equipped with handlebars that are

 

higher than 15 30 inches from the lowest point of the undepressed

 

saddle to the highest point of the handle grip of the operator.
