HOUSE BILL No. 4185

     A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled

 

"The Michigan penal code,"

 

by amending section 377b (MCL 750.377b).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 377b. Maliciously destroying or injuring certain personal

 

property—Any A person who shall wilfully willfully and maliciously

 

destroy destroys or injure injures the personal property or real

 

property of any fire or police department, including the Michigan

 

department of state police, shall be is guilty of a felony.

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
