Summary
Recreation; trails; use of forest roads unless designated as closed; authorize in Lower Peninsula, require forest road inventory, and provide for use of ORVs and horses. Amends secs. 72101, 72115 & 81133 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.72101 et seq.); adds sec. 72117 & repeals sec. 81126 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.81126).
