Amends secs. 963, 967, 969, 970a, 970c, 970e, 970g, 971a, 972, 973a & 977 of 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.963 et seq.) & repeals secs. 970b & 971c of 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.970b & 168.971c).
