Amends secs. 523, 1204a, 1277, 1277a, 1278, 1278b, 1280a, 1280b & 1280e of 1976 PA 451 (MCL 380.523 et seq.); adds sec. 1280f & repeals sec. 1280 of 1976 PA 451 (MCL 380.1280).
