Summary

Prohibiting the Governor from renewing a state of emergency or catastrophic health emergency for more than two 30-day periods without approval from a majority of the Legislative Policy Committee; authorizing the Committee to vote on certain requests at a meeting held either in person or virtually; and clarifying that a state of emergency expires under certain circumstances.
