Summary

Prohibiting a manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch from retaliating against a specified vehicle dealer because of legislation enacted by the General Assembly that regulates the franchise relationship; and establishing that a manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch has the burden of proving, under specified circumstances, that a specified cancellation of, termination of, or failure to provide a bonus, incentive, or benefit program is not retaliation.
