Summary

Authorizing a seasonal restaurant in Wicomico County to operate without providing potable running water to customers if the restaurant is located in a certain area and uses a graywater system and a community sewerage system is not available to serve the restaurant; and requiring the owner or operator of a seasonal restaurant authorized to operate without providing potable running water to customers under the Act to safely dispose of graywater in a certain manner.
