Requiring the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City and the governing body of a county or municipal corporation to grant a property tax credit against the county or municipal corporation property tax imposed on a dwelling that is owned by the surviving spouse of a specified fallen security guard; defining terms; applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2010; etc.
