Repealing certain exceptions to the requirement that a license holder in Prince George's County have a certain entertainment permit; establishing a family entertainment permit in Prince George's County; authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George's County to issue the permit to a holder of a Class B (on-sale) license; establishing an annual permit fee of $250 in addition to the fee for the Class B License; authorizing the Board to issue a Class BLX license for a movie theater under certain circumstances; etc.
