Summary

Requiring an employer of a delivery employee to reimburse the delivery employee for mileage in an amount that is at least equal to the most recent Internal Revenue Service standard mileage rate; and requiring the employer to post in a conspicuous place where the delivery employee is employed a printed notice of the provisions of the Act in a form that the Commissioner of Labor and Industry requires.
