Summary

Requiring the Maryland Transportation Authority to orally notify the registered owner of a motor vehicle that has incurred a video toll of the toll due if the video toll exceeds 100% of the original toll or the registered owner has outstanding video tolls in excess of $250; establishing the amount of a civil penalty imposed for failing to pay a video toll at 25% of the video toll; prohibiting the Authority from referring a video toll to the Central Collection Unit for collection; etc.
