Summary

Requiring a health care provider to provide an individual or an individual's parent or guardian with certain information in writing on the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine and to obtain written consent before administering an HPV vaccine; providing that a health care provider acting in good faith may not be held liable in any cause of action for providing certain information about the HPV vaccine or reporting any adverse reactions to the vaccine; requiring the Maryland Department of Health to adopt certain regulations; etc.
