Summary

Authorizing a unit owner or lot owner to pay an assessment or other charge owed to a condominium council of unit owners or a homeowners association under protest by giving written notice at the time of payment that the payment is under protest and stating the basis on which the unit or lot owner disputes the charge; and establishing that a unit owner or lot owner reserves the right to dispute a charge that is paid under protest.
