Summary

Requiring an owner, an operator, or a manager of a hotel to provide recycling for the guests of the hotel and recycle certain materials on or before October 1, 2024; authorizing a county to require an owner, an operator, or a manager of a hotel to report recycling activities to the county in a certain manner; and authorizing an enforcement unit, officer, or official of a county, a municipality, or any other local government to conduct inspections of a hotel to enforce certain provisions of the Act.
