Summary

Requiring the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System, on or before December 31 each year, to require each alternative investment vehicle in which it invests to disclose at least annually certain information pertaining to fees and expenses for the preceding fiscal year; and requiring the State Retirement Agency to report certain information pertaining to the disclosures.
