Providing that a specified portion of a lien on a condominium unit has priority over a first mortgage or deed of trust under specified circumstances; providing that the priority given to a condominium's lien consists of a specified portion of unpaid assessments and includes up to a specified amount of late fees, interest, and attorney's fees and costs associated with establishing the lien; providing that lot owners in a homeowners association are liable for specified assessments and charges; etc.
