Summary

Establishing the Task Force to Study Nonpublic Student Bus Transportation to collect information from each local board of education on nonpublic school student busing programs other than for the transportation of students in special education; and requiring the Task Force to report by December 15, 2023, to certain committees of the General Assembly any recommendations as to how the State may support a reduction in the use of passenger vehicles for nonpublic school students and policies for certain busing programs.
