Summary

Creating an exception to motor vehicle registration requirements for golf carts on Upper Hoopers Island, Middle Hoopers Island, and Taylors Island; providing that a person operating a golf cart on Upper or Middle Hoopers Island and Taylors Island may only operate a golf cart that is equipped with certain lighting devices, on highways with a maximum speed limit of 30 miles per hour, and between dawn and dusk; requiring the operator to have a valid driver's license; etc.
