Summary
Requiring each public school in the State to keep a hard copy of a certain Threat Assessment report in the school; requiring the school principal and each school counselor to keep a hard copy of a certain Threat Assessment report in the school office; requiring a local school system, under certain circumstances, to distribute a certain Threat Assessment report as a part of certain training materials related to the local school system's emergency plan; and requiring the school system to make the plan available to certain staff.
