Summary

Authorizing the State Board of Social Work Examiners to issue a temporary license to practice social work if a required examination is unavailable to the applicant for a period of at least 7 days and the applicant has met the appropriate education and experience requirements; and providing that a temporary license authorizes the holder to practice social work only under the supervision of a Board-approved supervisor and is valid until 90 days after the examination becomes readily available to the applicant.
