Summary

Requiring the Governor to include in the annual budget bill for each fiscal year an appropriation of $225,000 for Economic Action Maryland to support the Securing Older Adult Resources program; and specifying that the appropriation may be used only to assist low-income individuals with applying for certain tax credits, coordinating access to financial education and coaching, and conducting earned benefit screenings and outreach to low-income individuals.
