Summary
Authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to adopt regulations that allow a tidal fish licensee who catches crabs regardless of the gear used to begin the workday 2 hours before sunrise if the projected temperature for the day is at least 90 degrees Fahrenheit provided that the licensee uses the Department's hailing system to hail in and hail out of the workday.
