Summary

Requiring an owner of an affected property with windows that were installed after a specified date to pass the test for lead-contaminated dust with a specified frequency and before a pregnant woman or a child occupies the unit; and requiring an owner of an affected property with windows that were installed after a specified date to pass the test for lead-contaminated dust on notification that an individual occupying the affected property is pregnant.
