Summary

Establishing a light-emitting diode (LED) stop sign pilot program for certain intersections in Baltimore County to be implemented by the State Highway Administration in conjunction with Baltimore County; and requiring the Administration to report to the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2025 on the impact of LED stop signs and recommendations on the installation of LED stop signs at intersections throughout Baltimore County.
