Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration, in consultation with the Department of State Police, to develop and make available for certain vehicles a special registration plate honoring fallen law enforcement officers; requiring the Administration to designate the special registration plate as the "Thin Blue Line" registration plate; authorizing a certain person to apply for the special registration plate; requiring certain owners of vehicles assigned a special registration plate under the Act to pay certain fees; etc.
