Summary
Requiring that, on or after a specified date, a motor vehicle of a law enforcement agency used to initiate a traffic stop shall be equipped with an in-car video recording system that activates on the activation of the vehicle's emergency lights and makes a video recording of any activity occurring immediately in front of the vehicle during the traffic stop; etc.
