An Act relative to issuing a license to carry firearms to law
enforcement officers on college campuses.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 131 of Chapter 140, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended, by inserting, in paragraph (d) after the words “or any law enforcement officer employed by the licensing authority” the following words: - or any law enforcement officer employed by a college or university within the jurisdiction of the licensing authority.
