An Act relative to issuing a license to carry firearms to law
enforcement officers on college campuses.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.� Section 131 of Chapter 140, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended, by inserting, in paragraph (d) after the words �or any law enforcement officer employed by the licensing authority� the following words: - or any law enforcement officer employed by a college or university within the jurisdiction of the licensing authority.
