An Act to provide funds for Municipally Operated Firefighter
Recruit training programs.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 195 of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in subsection (b) after the words “the operation of state fire training facilities and curriculum” the following:-
“as well as such sums as are necessary to plan, design and construct capital facility improvements at the Boston Fire Department Training Academy, and for municipally operated firefighter recruit training programs,”
