An Act to provide funds for Municipally Operated Firefighter
Recruit training programs.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.� Section 195 of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in subsection (b) after the words �the operation of state fire training facilities and curriculum� the following:-
�as well as such sums as are necessary to plan, design and construct capital facility improvements at the Boston Fire Department Training Academy, and for municipally operated firefighter recruit training programs,�
