An Act relative to the appointment of town managers.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 23A of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the words �for a term of one or three years� and inserting in place thereof the following words: - �for a duration determined by the appointing authority�.
