An Act providing fees to licensing authorities for deer tag
processing.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 72 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding, at the end thereof, the following sentence:- In addition to fees established by regulation by the division of fish and game, the authority issuing the deer tag may collect $5 from the person requesting the deer tag for each deer tag issued.
