An Act providing fees to licensing authorities for deer tag
processing.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 72 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding, at the end thereof, �the following sentence:-� In addition to fees established by regulation by the division of fish and game, the authority issuing the deer tag may collect $5 from the person requesting the deer tag for each deer tag issued.
