An Act relative to the crime of assault and battery on a child.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13J of chapter 265 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended as follows:- to insert in line 6, after the word �any� and before the word, �injury,� the words �bruising or�, and to insert in line 7, after the word �skin,� the words �, any internal injury due to the presence of illegal substances,�
SECTION 2. Said Section 13J of chapter 265 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended as follows:- to strike the word �five� in line 18 and replace the same with the word �ten�, and to strike the word �fifteen� in line 22, and to replace the same with the word �twenty.�
