An Act prohibiting the sale of lottery tickets on credit.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1: Section 29 of Chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after Line 8 the following new paragraph:-
No person may sell a ticket or share if the only consideration given is a promise, in fact or in law, to make payment at a future time.
