In the Year Two Thousand and Nine

An Act to exempt certain annuities from taxation.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subparagraph 4 in paragraph B, the following:-

(5) Any annuity payment issued pursuant to Section 6B of Chapter 115 of the General Laws.
