An Act relative to the dissemination of information to private
detectives.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 30A of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word �therein,� in line 7, the following words:
persons licensed by the department of state police to conduct criminal and civil investigations pursuant to section twenty-two of chapter one hundred and forty-seven.
