An Act RELATIVE TO DAVID SENNOTT AND THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT ADMINISTRATION AND COMMISSION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (b) of section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws to the contrary, the public employee retirement administration commission shall permit David Sennott to be employed in the service of the Apponequet Regional School District for not more than 1,170 hours in the aggregate in any calendar year; provided that the earnings therefrom when added to any pension or retirement allowance he is receiving do not exceed the salary that he is being paid for the position from which he was retired or in which his employment was terminated.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its passage.
