An Act penalizing any offender in possession of marijuana in a
school zone.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 32J of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in the third line after the letter” I”, the following words:-
, and, notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 387 of the acts of 2008, is in possession of any amount of marijuana and
