An Act penalizing any offender in possession of marijuana in a school zone.



��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

 

SECTION 1. Section 32J of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in the third line after the letter� I�, the following words:-

, and, notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 387 of the acts of 2008, is in possession of any amount of marijuana and�����
