An Act relative to function licenses in cities and towns.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            Section 12 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

            There shall be a new class of alcoholic beverage licenses for wine and malt beverages to be drunk on the premises for functions, so-called.
