An Act relative to unfair business practices.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 2 of chapter 93A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:—
(d) No customer of any retail establishment shall be charged, with or without a coupon, a price higher than that currently being advertised.
