An Act
relative to professional licensure in the commonwealth.
��������������� Be it enacted by
the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by
the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general law or statute to contrary, any person applying for or attempting to renew any professional license issued by the Commonwealth shall have all state taxes paid in full prior to the issuance of any said license.
